Was that "Man" there on purpose, I wonder.

And have to say, I like the consistency of his reaction to finding out about Sharon. We all wish for fluffy bunnies and happy endings, but that's not Helo damn it! Well, not yet. *hopes*

Wow. I love it. Everything about it. I wish Helo had stopped and listened to what Sharon had to say, but he was in overdrive. He only heard what he wanted to hear and he needed to get the hell out of there.
lee_in_limbo - She really does call him Helo that much. Never refers to him as Karl or hey, you! :)
Sbabe, thank you so much for writing this story. I'll definitely remember the first H/B shower smut!

I didn't have a particularly good day myself, Ams, so this seems to have cheered both of us up a bit. :)

That would be because there are no cold showers at work...gee whiz.

Sbabe, you've so outdone yourself. I wish I hadn't read the story yesterday so I'd be able to read it again today for the first time.

I guess I can't claim I don't read fan fic anymore. Though I still have a neurotic approach of skimming ahead then going back and reading a bit more closely. Not sure what I'm afraid of.
A couple things:
- Has Doral ever been called Three on the show? (Have I gone mad?)
- What does "snicked" mean?

Nah. He's never been called anything but Doral on the show (Spacey, for Kevin Spacey in my head) - Doral was awkward to me in this situation, so I assigned him a number, kinda like Amsie assigned Sharon the number Eight in Whispers of the System.
"Snicked" is a term that I may have made up. It's just kind of a word describing a sound as a door "snicks" shut -- the latch clicking as it slides into place, that sort of thing.
