DCU Communites List - What have I gotten myself into? O_o

I've started making a comprehensive list of all DCU related communities. There are more than I could ever have imagined - and this is just from searching 'dcu', 'dc comics', and a few SV pairings. I mean, potentially a few hundred. Holy crap!! O_O Yeah, I think this community listing idea makes sense

Well, Brainiac Five/Supergirl is at least a canon pairing. :) In some versions of the canon...

I suppose I should include dcdailylife as well then! It was meant to be somewhat limited in scope, but there's not reason people can't keep posting there...

I haven't ever really been in any other fandoms, do you think they're all as wide-flung as DCU? I mean, I bet Harry Potter has even more comms, but I would think most wouldn't...I could be wrong, though...

I don't know that too many other fandoms have this many comms. Marvel probably does (and that is a scary, scary thought), maybe HP, but really, few other fandoms have as many characters and media incarnations to work with. :p I mean, honestly - I've found at least *10* communities dedicated in some way to Chloe Sullivan! O_o *headdesk* There's even a Chloe/Bart comm! O_O

And this doesn't even include all the comms that are related to the DCU by being general comics comms, and all the general fandom comms and crossover comms. Seriously, if *we* have trouble finding all this stuff, how do fandom noobies get along? Yes, I feel a calling to spread the love...

10 Chloe comms? *cracks up* Having never watched Smallville, when I think Chloe/Bart I mentally see an actual human woman interacting with a frenzied 2-dimensional young man. @_@

If you give me 10 Chloe comms, I'm going to have to make a whole section just for Smallville in the list. I suppose Smallville and the various movies might make sense in a different section...*ponders*

The one odd pairing I *can* see from the SV comms is Chloe/Ollie. It's strange, but darnit, they look good together. Just don't tell Dinah. :p

You like giving yourself challenges don't you? But it sounds like fun (my version of fun can be weird. And going through and looking at all the different communities would fall into that)

Have you come across a Dick/Tim sight yet? Seems that one site I haven't seen yet, which seems strange to me.

Will you be posting a list of everything you found?

*searches the current list* I see royxtim, but no Dick/Tim! I assume that robincest and batfic probably do the trick pretty well for that pairing, but it is kind of odd it doesn't seem to have its own...

Yes. Yes I do. ^_^ I have a very odd sense of what's fun, too, of course. My poor hubby thinks I'm insane. :p

I haven't seen a Dick/Tim site yet, either. Which seems odd. O_O

I'm actually thinking of creating a community to post all the lists, cross referenced and everything. Not too much of a major undertaking, I don't think. :p If I don't do the comm, then I'll just post everything here, with links in the sidebar. :)
