Oooh, a neat twist, having Cass partially blind! I'm really fascinated by this story. Each chapter leaves me wanting more!

I was originally gonna make Cass have amnesia, and not remember her life before Steph and Gotham, but still be able to fight, but since I used the amnesia square on my hc_bingo card already, I figured, why not do something different?

With any luck, I'll have most of the series done by the end of the year, since I need to close out my hc_bingo table. *crosses fingers*

Thank you so much, hon! :D I really only seem to be able to ship these girls with each other, so it was only natural for me to do so in this 'verse.

And yes, poor little Tim. *pets him* I somehow inadvertently made him younger than the girls, but I think it actually works...

Ah, she's nearly blind-but still able to fight because all her senses are so keen. Interesting twist, given how much she'd depended on her ability to read body language, in canon. It still puts her out of touch with the average person and marks her, just in a different way.

I'm glad she doesn't hold Tim's condition against him. She's realistic and balanced enough to know he's "just a baby", and likely had no more choice in what happened to him than she did in what happened to her.

Cass would probably be excellent at surveillance.

I've tried to give each character in this 'verse some dissonance vs their canon counterparts, so I'm glad this worked so well for Cass. I was originally going to have her suffering some sort of amnesia, but in the end, this worked even better.

And my poor little Tim. I just couldn't have Cass hold his vamp status against him. She's a smart cookie.
