Awesome! I've seen the original in STAS (or was it JL?), and I have to say I like this one better, haha. Love how you put it in the SR verse and how all this prompts him to get moving and tell Lois the truth. :D

Thanks so much! ^___^ I think it was JLU, but yeah, I really wanted this to have a different sort of feel to it, with him seeing a different life on Earth rather than Krypton. :)

Sigh, All Clark wants is the love of his family. >hugging Clark< This was so bittersweet as he has to loose the dream to return to reality and the people who really love him here.

Oh, this was a very, very cool take on "The Man Who Has Everything!" You captured everything cool about the story--Clark's growing disquiet, the way the world seems to unravel, the frantic worry of his friends--and transferred it into the movieverse with perfect dexterity. Your descriptions of the Black Mercy were especially stomach-turning, you captured its menace really well. And I like how here it's not just a depressing experience like the original, but a spur for Clark to take action. Loved it!
