I love each of these, and I love how you trace the progression (or regression) of their relationship.

You mentioned expanding one of the "almosts?" I found March's especially intriguing. Matt's boss's reaction is interesting, and I would love to see that whole scenario fleshed out.

Hm. I think that march's scenario is one that does deserve an expanded treatment (any of these do, which is why I'm considering labeling this a WIP or 'rough/sketch' fic), but I am not sure I am up to it yet. Must rewatch old eps, I think. And also watch more procedural shows so I can actually write a believable cop scene...

Very interesting take, and I'm impressed you managed to place all this in drabble format. Not easily done, especially with smut or, in this case, implied smut taking place.

What I like most was how you managed to prolong their interaction in relationship terms, and how it took so long to establish that very fact. It did take its time to get there, undergoing many changes in their lives and everything around them (especially the secrets getting out and Matt exposing his ability and so forth), but in the end it was all worth it. :D

I hope they *do* explore the possibility of the heroes out in the open (aside from the 5 years later persecution-gig).
