This is the first fic I comment on in this fandom - I wanted to lurk, but this universe you create is just too perfect to. This is the most wonderful solution for three characters I love and written (and I mean all 4 fics so far) in a way that is both so believable and so them. Also, this story just redeemed an awful day for me.

As for Sarah crying, I am mildly ok with that, because hey, even John's legs gave out after the Semtex. We're all human. She'll buck up eventually (in my headcanon, at least, and that's all that counts for me till the new ones come out). I am just pleased that they gave her an asskicking moment first.

And yeah, there will be more. I can sense a metaplot to these creeping up on me that will need resolution... D:

So I just read the whole series in one-shot. I loved it! You painted their relationship realistically (well, it's not that I have such experience...it just seemed very well established :D).

I liked Sarah in the show and I'm glad to see her fleshed out more in fic.
