#99. "How could you forget your sons' birthday?" - Sakumiya (established) related to my Arashi-family-verse for nongdao14
“Tadaima…” Sho mumbled tiredly as he toed off his shoes and shuffled into the living room. But the sight that greeted him there, made him stop abruptly.
“Did I miss something?” he asked confused.
Confetti, the ruins of what seemed to have been a dozen of colorful banners and other decorations littered the living room floor. A stack of dirty plates and cups accompanied a left-over cake on the coffee-table.
Nino who was busy gathering the trash in a big bag, turned to look at him with wide, shocked eyes.
“Tell me, you’re joking…”
So he did forget something.
Sho shook his head, looking at his boyfriend, obviously still waiting for an explanation.
“How could you forget your sons’ birthday?” Nino cried out but then quickly changed to a more silent tone. “I can’t believe you…”
“Eh?” Sho’s eyes widened in shock. “Their birthday?... But that’s…”
“Today, you work-acholic idiot!” Nino hissed at him angrily.
“Ah! Doushiou?” the rapper asked panickly. “Where’s Shouta and Naoki?”
“In their bed, sleeping, of course. It’s almost midnight, if you didn’t notice…” Nino said brattily, finally dropping the trash bag from his hand. “Anyway, congrats, you just earned cleaning duty. I want this place spotless by morning. Also, you’re taking the twins to the amusement park tomorrow, after all, it was you who promised them the trip for their birthday…” Nino squinted his eyes suspiciously when he saw Sho’s guilty face. “But I’m guessing you forgot about that too…”
“No… I just…” Sho protested, searching for a believable excuse though he really did just forget about all this. He already felt horrible about it. He was a complete failure of a father…
“Lucky you, I know you well enough…” Nino grumbled shaking his head. “I already handled you to have a day-off tomorrow. Now clean!” he ordered then skipped to his boyfriend kissing him quickly. “Good night, Sho-chan!” he chirped before closing the bedroom door behind himself…
#15. "I'd kill for a coffee... literally..." - Sakumoto for c0ffee_girl
"I'd kill for a coffee... literally..."
Sho looked up from his newspaper when Jun walked in their green room, grumbling and complaining for the lack of caffeine. He knew the younger Arashi member had a night-shooting for his new dorama and with their PV shooting which was scheduled for this morning, it was more than an unfit situation. But it couldn’t be helped.
The rapper looked at his untouched to-go cup of coffee what he got when he arrived to the shooting location. It was his second that morning, actually, since his manager was kind enough to prepare one for him before he picked Sho up from his apartment that morning. He got up from his spot on the couch and walked to Jun who was currently collapsed onto the table, either trying to catch a nap or more likely agonizing over his missing coffee-dose. Sho put down the cup in front of him.
“You can have mine” he said with a soft, adoring smile.
Jun peaked at it, life immediately returning to his eyes. He reached for the cup with greedy hands to take a sup, not caring if it burned his mouth.
“I love you” he breather out with closed eyes after the first sip. His frown dissolving already.
Sho chuckled at this. It was hard to decide if the sentence was addressed to him or the precious dark liquid. Either way, Sho bent down to press a kiss on Jun’s forehead.
“Otsukare sama” he whispered before returned to his paper.
A/N: today's full of updates, nee? 😁 I hope you enjoy them. also, I promise, one of these days I'll write Sakumiya where Nino is not a meanie to Sho-chan! I kinda miss fluffy Sakumiya... but here was some fluffy Sakumoto for now. I really liked to write this Sakumoto story 😊
