Week One done

Maybe I haven't said here, but I'm spending the summer working in Germany for a German firm in order to improve my German (how many times can I use the word German in one sentence?) and I have officially finished my first week.

Seriously, I'm glad you're able to take some time off and that Summer is treating you well. Enjoy your downtime, however you decide to spend it.

I am (or rather, I have been for about a week and a half!) Just finished watching the soccer game, as a matter of fact.

I know a little already(A2 level or so), and Swedish and German are similar enough that I get a lot "for free" but jesus, the grammar is killing me. And the formality. My office is extremely informal, thank goodness. In Swedish, we don't even HAVE a polite form of adress!
