Kon first! Donny -- let's see. Kon doesn't have the whole 'zomg tmnt!' thing going on -- there was this really retarded Superboy story line with the Beast Men, so he doesn't even get that a talking turtle is kind of unusual. So I imagine Kon sees Donny and thinks 'newbie -- I should regale him with stories of camp' -- he probably doesn't run into Donatello that often, just if he's out walking Kal and they cross paths, or they're in the Mess Hall at the same time

you're right about Clark and the scarab! I'm pretty sure I read that the reason it didn't show up on the x-ray in canon is because it was actively hiding, and it. obviously wouldn't do that all the time. if that's ever something you want to/have reason to play with, I think it would be fun and also neat.
MOVING ON. I don't really think there's much I can add, because... this is all pretty much how I picture it! I imagine Donny himself drops in on Robin sometimes because he's genuinely interested on what's going on, and also because it's nice to have someone to talk to comfortably when you're less used to the whole 'social interaction' thing. otherwise, there's...pretty much nothing I can add right now! I'M SURE I'LL THINK OF SOMETHING AND BE BACK LATER, I'm kinda lame that way.
Clark kind of spends most of the day puttering around the hotel doing upkeep stuff, getting lost in the wood and hanging out with the study group in the library. I imagine he crosses paths with Lex a lot, even without purposely doing stuff with him. Like in Smallville when Clark just randomly shows up to visit Lex, I imagine Clark comes by Lex's office when ever he feels like it. He's probably also been showing Lex over camp and all of that side of things. I imagine also that Lex drops by Boy's 19 to visit Clark and see his telescope and stuff?
If only Peony was a cat-person. Then Minagawa would consider him BFF material. Sadly rappigs are not cats, so. I imagine Minagawa puts aside vegetable scraps for them and takes them over to the Love Hotel once a day or something -- operating on the assumption that they are like the pigs my Uncle keeps. He probably has a little chat with Peony at the time, and as long as the rappigs are nice and clean and not in Minagawa's kitchen, they probably get on well. He can relate to animals you see.
Clark has an even higher opinion of Peony now that he's met Becky. I imagine he makes a point of talking to Peony once or twice a week, just to keep up with things, check the hotel side of things is okay. He likes the rappigs -- farm boy! So he's always willing to stop and play with them and stuff.
Kon just doesn't get the rappigs. I think he boggles from a safe distance. Peony's the same -- Kon's not sure what to make of him, so he'll say hi and note that the pigs aren't flying today, stuff like that.
Kon, Clark and Robin all see Rosalyn as an ally basically, but they interact with her in different ways. Kon, although he considers her a team-mate, doesn't feel like he needs to train with her -- though I think they see each other and talk about the activity levels of the zombies, stuff like that often. I think Kon jokes with Ros and teases her and has fun with her mostly, because he knows that in an emergency, she'll be there, no questions asked

Kon's kinda amused by Toph's independant attitude, the way she won't take any shit from anyone. So I imagine he pretty must stands back and lets her go for it. He's cheering from the sidelines, but he doesn't feel a need to get involved with her everyday life. But when their paths cross, he always asks how she's doing and never gets tired of hearing her take on camp. He also teases a bit. Basically, he treats her like a little sister? Does that seem likely?
O Bloo. Robin's still bemused, but a friend of Mac's etc. He's probably stopped leaving his important/dangerous stuff in the cabin and made the alarm as meddle-proof as he can. I imagine that they get into stupid arguments quite a bit 'Did you move this?' 'Move it? Like this?' 'Don't touch it!' 'Or did you mean move it like this.' I dunno. But I think they probably forget about the fights pretty quickly -- and Robin can be talked into telling stories and setting up video games and stuff like that. So I imagine its 50% fun, 50% frustration.
