Sarah: I'm so INTO Charts of Progress. They work so well and for so LONG. They have ended the primordial battle between my motivational urges and the relentless forward movement of linear time. Usually whatever motivational urge would last about 10 to 20 days and then splat, time wins again. The Charts however were the tool that proved my motivational urges could be victorious. I've been using one for the gym for over three MONTHS, and I think I might just be growing a good habit (and a triceps muscle ( ... )

Hey lady, see you the myspace now too! Yeah, charts and such really force me to be aware of the little choices I am always making. It's exhausting sometimes and my big downfalls often happen when I'm at Bill's for a night or two and I get out of the habit, my "triggers" to stay to my routine aren't there. Hopefully I will be seeing you at the gym and soon! It's been way, way too long.

We should definitely get together... movie, shopping, etc. Are there any upcoming movies at the 33 movies in 31 days at Pleasant St. you want to see? I will give you a call soon - take care and good luck on that final!
