I can't join the files, when I try it gives an error, it says: 'I/O error 123.', do you know what might be the problem?

hey ^^
try renaming the files, all of them must have the exact same name, try to use all alphabets, maybe the Japanese letters cause the problem ^^ does it solve the problem?
