scrollbar question

Hi there. I would like to know how do I add a colored scrollbar to my layout?

I'm using S2 "component".

BUT
in S2 body{} doesn't work for that. it has to be html{}

in the CSS style sheet area? I tried that & nothing working.

Yes in the stylesheed area, but the code only works if you use IE
