Tags in the Sidebar?

I lost my old layout (a customized Generator one I made years ago. I was in love with it but not much I can do - the code is not saved on this computer

it works for me but I have a paid account- i don't know if that matters or not.

It's layer code not CSS, so it only works for paid accounts. The quick fix is to put a link to the tags page in the link list, but that is far from ideal. (Aaargh, now I have to switch themes - can't run a community without tags.)
