SOLVED: Custom CSS Won't Load

I've been trying to change my layout to one from estiloamor , but it won't load. I've tried different browsers and even my sister's MacBook, but the layout wont load. I tried loading a layout from minty_peach , and it worked fine. Is there something wrong with my CSS? I checked it in Firefox's CSS editor and it worked fine. I have a Plus account and use Safari though I

Try checking to see if you've used smart quotes instead of straight quotes. If you've edited the coding in a text-editor, it might have automatically changed them and LJ can't recognize it.

If that doesn't work, try deleting parts of the code to narrow down what's causing the problem.
