they changed the URL of their fugly default graphics (in the comment box, edit comments, locked/private icons, et cetera). So here's a heads-up for all of you who coded over them, like me.

better yet change it to img[src*="image.gif"] where image is the name of the targeted image.

no more hassle with LJ changing its urls ;) (but note that it's CSS3 so if your browser doesn't follow those standards it won't work)

What's odd is that some of my journals are reacting to the change, others are not. Anyone have any ideas? diziara, usstakedashingn and starbase668 all work just fine with customer user info icons still, and I haven't changed a scrap of CSS, but kittenofdeath and jrmisstoughchic don't work correctly.

I'm not overly worried about it yet, as the journals having issues are my RPG journals, and I don't care enough to actually log into them (usually only post from Deepest Sender, and don't actually log into the accounts much). It just seems very very odd.

Also, pensive1, your user icon is awesome. :D

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH! I just tinkered with my layout like, an *hour* before they changed the links so I was like, BUZZUH? It was working one minute and then wasn't the next! Augh!
