Date & Time Format

I have a basic account and I'm using a custom stylesheet. I want to change the date & time format. Would I have to edit it through the CSS coding?

Do you mean changing from 18 November 2008 @ 09:56 pm to something like Tuesday November 18th 2008 at 09:56 pm? If so, you need a paid account because it's done through a theme layer.
