How to style 'outer table' at top of journal?

A box recently started appearing above my content (where a header would be). This hasn't been there in the past and I haven't altered my journal style. Is this a change to LJ or am I missing something?

If they haven't changed anything by now, the ads take their color from the Custom Options - Style. Page > Background color of the outer table and Entries > Border color of the content and header/footer boxes.
