Grey lines at the top and bottom of the layout

Hello!
I'm having trouble when I want to try applying a new layout. There are two problems:
1. There is a grey line just below my navigation strip. If I delete my navigation strip, there'll be a long grey box.

The grey boxes don't show up for me at all, so I guess, the issue is about adds not showing up properly. You're using a plus account (and maybe something like Adblock, too?), so these boxes are probably part of some adds.

tuff_ghost provided a solution here, so hopefully that will help you, too.

I change the ad settings to vertical and the grey lines disappeared! thanks so much!
I've used adblock since forever so I totally didn't think it's got something to do with my ad settings orz
