I see this is quite old but if it's still unsolved, do you have a large image on one of your entries?
Because that may be the reason why your entry text needs to print after the sidebar. If so, try resizing it. If that works, you may want to add this to your #main content
.entry_text img { max-width:500px;}
or whatever size works for your layout.
