CSS Class and ID List And Their Uses

I've made a list of all the CSS classes and IDs I found my layout used and what they are for (based on Urban-Green and Hills-Green, but hopefully fairly consistant across themes). It may not be a definitive list, and there is certainly more to it than I have found out, but it's a start for reference purposes.

I think people should be allowed to add to it and edit it as required. If everyone adds stuff and tricks they find, it could end up a usefulo documentation.

Thanks for this! It's extremely hard to get the definitions to these things, and this is a HUGE help with helping me customize.
