Sticky post with lj-cut

Is it possible to make the sticky post with an lj-cut? My sticky post is a bit too long and I'd like to hide part of the text. Here's the link for you to take a look at. I'd like to keep maybe 2 lines or so and hide the rest. http://monacolady.livejournal.com/

I made a sticky post with just a link with words like "here are the rules..", link posted anywhere as a simple post. Also, I used that link to point to "Profile".

Why don't you just try it - I mean, type test with LJ-cut and set it as sticky post? That is, if your Journal Style allows sticky post.
