OH hell yeah. Me and white vinegar are like THIS. Apple cider vinegar, too, for certain things. Love love love. :)

If the vinegar doesn't work, try Febreze laundry odor eliminator. That stuff is awesome!

OH, hell yeah! I have tinted windows, so I always crack the door just enough for the light to come on, so I can see inside, before I open it enough to be grabbed and pulled inside.

That's one good thing about remote entry...I have tinted windows, too..but when I unlock the car, it lights up inside...wooo.
