It's... like an extra targetting sight, as far as anyone can tell. There's numbers that scroll across the glowing blue part, so it probably helps with trajectory, distance, that kind of thing.

I just can't decide. Given her small stature, they'll be very crumpled up, but one should fit in a bread box. The trick is that they all increase her power of cuteness, which can help her survive. xD They all have significance to her, but she doesn't remember that anyway.
