I am so impressed by this. By the way that you're saying it publicly without defensiveness or trying to offload blame, and by the way you're taking steps to remove the references even where it is complicated or difficult. There was a situation I was frustrated by recently where someone whose work I admired reacted badly to being told their public word choice was poor. I know it's hard to really listen and change rather than brushing people off. Thank you.
