From meyrevivedHow many times has someone on your friends list posted about somethingand you were really confused, but you didn't want to ask because you knew you *should* know? How many times have you felt guilty asking an LJ friend a question that should be obvious? Well, here's your chance. If you've missed a few things, missed an entry and are confused, ( Read more... )

So you moved art schools, right? Any retrospective feelings about that? regret, gladness? What?

Nah, I just moved from a regular college to an art school where I am right now. The only thing I miss about regular college was being in the dorms since I commute from home now. Though I do like being with Ben, Roxanne, and Joey (and of course the rest of my family xD) a lot, more than dorm life, even. But yeah, I'm pretty satisfied with my choice.

Nah, I still get them, but not as bad now that summer is waning. They're always the worst right in the middle of summer, ughhhghhg. Unfortunately with the study I'm in, they're not testing for hives...just nasal allergy symptoms. Though, it's probably some tree that I'm horribly allergic to that pollinates in the summer? It's the only thing I can think of since when I did the allergy test I got a bigass hive/rash from the tree extract.

And lol, apparently I got #6 because I'm interested in transportation, driving, and telling people what to do and how to do it xD

Though it may not be just trees, either, because I always break out into hives and horrible little rashes in the color darkroom at school and sometimes at Steak'n Shake...

Hahaha, parking lot attendant. Mmm, transportation...

So like, for composing, do (did?) you do remixes or original stuff or what? I've always thought composers were really awesome people just because I'd never ever know how to get a bunch of instruments playing at the same time to sound good. Or even just one instrument, heh. The closest I've come to composing is to listen to a song and then try to pick out the notes on the piano, which... isn't really the same at all. XD

Original stuff, though I have used the Serenade of Water and Goron's Lullaby theme in a "remix" of sorts (not really). And haha, it's actually not that hard to get a bunch of people playing together. You either need absolutely fantastic improv-talented musicians or just a basic understanding on how to read and write a musical score. It kind of looks hard at first, but once you learn it you totally get it.

Your guess is as good as mine. "Oh, you're good at math? You should be an actuary! ^_^!" I'm guessing it's yet another job that fiddles with numbers.
