In this workshop for photojournalism, we were to walk around Pittsburgh and photograph people with a wide-angle lens (I forgot mine at home, so I just took shots at 28) without looking through the viewfinder. We could take pictures from our waists, above our heads, pretty much any place other than our faces. "Hail Mary" shots, if you will

That's a nice set of photos. I like the weird angle in #5, though the person's a bit shadowed by the buildings.

It is true that companys, and city officials, do not allow people to take pictures of their buildings, but it mostly holds true of someone taking pictures inside the the building. If someone gives you grief, always have a student ID handy to explain that your on a AIP workshop project.
Scavenger Photoshots can be fun, but a total pain when you know nothing about Pittsburgh and its odd Art pieces and Building history.

I think, since it's photojournalism, it'll have to be people scavenger hunts which will be really hard since I never seem to see any of the interesting people. Yeah, people have gotten drag queens and whatnot, but I think it has to do with how I'm never in the same place for more than a minute, haha.

BTW, I was really bad today and bought Resident Evil 4 for the PS2. I won't start playing it until this weekend, but at least we can both complain about Ashley and how many times we can make Leon die.
