Nice, methinks Hiruma is really starting to wear off on her in this one. I wouldn't doubt that she's a mean shot either... for some reason I think that she'd be good at it.

I suppose, I tried to make Mamori not-so-cheerleaderish. She has shown motherly qualities, and I'm sure she's proud to be part of the Devilbats*hiruma'sgirlfriendcoughcough*team. Since Hiruma has shown wariness towards Marco, I felt it was also appropriate for Mamori to distrust him to a point. XD

There is something about Marco that doesn't feel right, donno if it's threatening yet or not...

Have you tried the pickle/cream puff mixture yet?

Not yet, since I have to make my own Nara pickles (they're not sold here) and melons are kinda seasonal. Actually I'm hoping some wacked-out baker would sell it XD

That's Mamori. Poor Marco met the wrong opponent. She deals with the devil and that's much more then a little chitchat with a wanna be godfather.
I like her very much in this fic. That's the old Mamori who quarrelled with Hiruma. Now she's just in sweeping the background -_-

I'm afraid, english isn't my mother tongue (yeah, nobody expect that ^^° ... grammar is always so horrible in every language - really, really sorry).
Could you please explain what "mean shot" means? Don't find an understandable translation.

'Mean shot' is a figurative phrase, which basically says that Mamori is very good with a gun (hey, if she can intercept bullets then she must have a great aim, right?)

vanillaspirit is right. Mamori does not quarrel with Hiruma anymore like vol 1 & 2. But she IS a great actor too, kekeke! ^_^
Nice fic. I have the same feelings toward Marco. Specially cuz he acts so uneasy. It's like he wants to be the tough guy x\
