he had a nike puffer coat on that was white up the top and navy down the bottom and he was short... well he was in their "gang"

people like that wear these kind of coats more than once

From being a nosey buggar today, I found out its a kid in either year 9 or 10.
His name is Nathan Davies.

A serious prick.
