I doubt they'll have those stickers at cons, since they were sorta special bonus stickers you got when you brought enough stuff, and not actual merchandice you could purchase. There is slight chance someone might be selling them at some con, but seeing as they aren't for sale, I don't think they will be very widely available outside Japan.

Yeah, sadly stickers aren't a common item for sale other than bootlegs - which you can't get at cons. Usually stickers are only bonus type items that come in magazines or from stores like these did. :\
