I agree, they are not EGL and gothic lolita. EGL and Gothic lolita usually is black and white or all black.

eh, it's kinda like music. sub-genres are just lumped into one category for some people because it's just easier that way. then you have people who really just don't care to learn all the sub categories of anything.

makes me think about how Doom Metal, Black Metal, Death Metal, etc., gets lumped into Just plain Metal. Ugh.

Whats Otakon? I hear people talk about it but I really have no idea what it is lol.

Otakon is just another Anime Convention. (I am such a geek. >_<) It's in Baltmore, and it's every year. Baltimore is near where I live, so would have gone if I had an outfit in time. But their are many other Anime Conventions I could go to next year, their is one in DC, but that will be like Febuary next year. ^_^

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I always thought it was an Anime converntion but I was never sure.
