Week 9 Banners + Icon Links

So guys, I know that sweetscraze was supposed to make the banners for the winners of week nine, but her computer crashed, and is in the shop up for fixing. She also lost all of her textures and what not. So your banners will be a little late. I'll make the banners unless any of the other banner makers want to do it instead. :X Just wanted to give everyone a

Also people should stop editing your icons when you submit because it isn't fair on others unless we tell you too if it doesn't fit the requirements stated.

I know. I hope her computer comes back okay. It's a good thing she saved all her music though. Or else that would be VERY bad. I'd die if I lost all my music. D:

Yeah when people submit they are either not satisfied with what they got and they edit or they delete their post and re-submit -_-

just a suggestion. why not you mods re-up the submitted icons on ryo-awards's very own imageshack. that way.. no one can re-edit their icons and during voting, no one will know which icons made by who, because if you right click on the icons under properties you can actually see who did it according to their url directory. well... some of them anyways. XD

just my two cents. though by doing that it'll probably double your workload. so like i said, just a suggestion. ^-^
