Summary : Kame and Jin talked about KAT-TUN's Asia concert VS Jin's solo concert in LA.

Kame sighed as he picked up some papers with their next jobs and schedules to leave the meeting room. Everyone had left sometimes ago but he insisted on staying for a while to ‘study the papers’ more closely. The real reason was to clear his mind about things, and he didn’t feel like talking to anyone just yet, not even Koki.

Even after calming down and thinking rationally, he still found it hard to accept that they were going for another tour without the A. Plus, it was their first ever Asia tour. To think that Jin just had to do his solo at Los Angeles at that time was absurd.

When he entered the dressing room where they kept their things, Kame expected it to be empty. The members had not that much time to hang around after meetings; they had a lot of things to do, each of them. But when he stepped into the room, there was one person sitting there alone, head hung low.

“Jin?” Kame asked, surprised.

Jin looked up, his eyes weary. He shifted his position to sit straighter. “You haven’t left?”

Kame walked to his things. “Nope. What about you? I don’t think you should laze around, many things to plan, right?”

“Not you too…” Jin sighed, rubbing his face. “It’s not my fault, okay?”

“Who says it’s your fault?” Kame asked back, deciding that he should talk to Jin while he had the chance; who knows when they were able to talk again?

Jin looked at the younger guy. Kame had leaned on his chair as he waited for his answer. “Everyone. The members. The fans, when they get to know this. They will say I’m neglecting KAT-TUN again. The media, too, later. Bet there’s stories about that coming up when the news leak. It’s not my fault, for God’s sake!”

“I don’t think it’s your fault. It’s your chance, you should just do…”

“Stop giving me those craps.” Jin cut him off with a glare. “It’s your chance, you should just do it; Don’t miss it; We understand.…things like that. You all said that, yet you think otherwise, right?”

Kame was stunned for a while. Jin was not entirely wrong, but not perfectly correct as well. “We want you to feel better. We know it’s something you’ve always wanted. But it’s hard for us, too. Something as big as an Asia tour, and yet you will not be there with us. We are bound to feel disappointed, Jin.”

Jin was still frowned despite of Kame’s assuring explanation. “Still, I don’t ask for it. Can’t you all just be happy for me rather than hating me for it?”

“We don’t hate you. If you are in our shoes, how are you going to react?” Kame shot back.

“I would be happy, I would support them, of course…a nice chance like th…”

“Really? I don’t remember that’s the case when I debuted with Shuuji to Akira before.”

The room was filled with silence as Jin stared at Kame, his expression unreadable before he lowered his gaze. Kame was right. He had not bothered to be supportive at all, even though it was just a temporary group. Weeks he had ignored Kame with the rest of members, weeks he had left Kame struggling with the work alone. To think that the members had enough decency to say nice things to him just now was a very good thing. KAT-TUN members had grown up, after all.

“The thing is, Jin…” Kame started again. “We couldn’t help but to feel upset about it. You’ve left us once. You have no idea how hard it was without you. This lately you’ve been distant, too; with LANDS and BANDAGE and You&Jin. Now you are leaving us again. It’s not your fault, we know. But we couldn’t help it, could we? You are that important to us, Jin.”

Jin sank his face deeper into his hands. Kame’s words always gave him the biggest comfort. Not being able to talk to him freely had been a living hell. Kame was, after all, the most matured one, who said the best thing on the right precise moment. “It’s a great opportunity, you know. I don’t want to miss it…”

“I know. I don’t want you to miss it too. So do them all. Just grab the chance. The fans should understand as well, if they truly want to support you.” Kame said, smiling. “Though if you want me to say the truth, I hate this too…”

Jin raised an eyebrow. “Yes?”

Kame rolled his eyes as he got into his feet with his things. “You know, having concerts without you. It’s a damn relieve to be spared from your iron-masked face and tardiness and mood swings, of course but we don’t sound half as good without you.”

“You better be honest and just say you will miss me, Kazu.” Jin teased as he, too, stood up. “You’ll miss me and my iron-mask face, my tardiness, my mood swings; everything, right? Who sulked during the first week when I left for LA, eh?”

“Not me,” the K answered calmly, even though his cheeks were burning. “Don’t try to call or mail me when you get there. You know they are tracking even your cell phone now. Pass the message to Pi if it’s important.”

“I’m not leaving tomorrow, for God’s sake. If you want me to leave that badly, it’s you that they should hate,” complained Jin. He made way to the door behind Kame. “But of course, you are the sweet one. Sweet, adorable, hard-working Kamenashi… unlike the wild, sluggish, douche Akanishi.”

Kame chuckled as he pushed the door. “It’s necessary, you know. And don’t leave the room yet; it will be bad if someone sees us; rumours will be sprouting again. Next thing we know, I’ll be thrown away to…say, Vanuatu.”

“It will do you good.” Jin replied tartly but smiled when Kame slammed the door on his face. “Really, Kazu…”

My usual stuff. Comments would be nice. ^^

Well, when I first read it on Arama, my comment was "Seriously. Just let him leave the group already.". But now after I thought about it for a while, it's normal that Jin chose his solo concert than KAT-TUN's tour. It's a big disappointment, of course. And seeing that Kisumai will be following KAT-TUN, no debut for them this summer. No Playzone, too, perhaps? That's no good... T_T And, and...KAT-TUN should come to Malaysia! If it's that kind of time, I think I could manage to fly over to KL to watch them! Money is a problem, though but Kame and Kisumai... how could I miss it? Though I would probably cry at the absence of Jin, like I cried when I realized Hiro did sing a few lines of Holy Heaven with Q? on Playzone. Because for me, Holy Heaven = Yone. ><"
