Today I watched more Bones. I think I'm almost done with season two, and I know season three is shorter and season four isn't done yet. Gah. I like watching complete shows, so I can spoil myself early and stop worrying about where the writers are going to go. *sigh ( Read more... )

If you want to watch complete shows but don't want your heart played with (much), maybe you should try due South? I remember you expressing some interest in it, so I thought maybe I should mention. And it's only 66 episodes, because it ran four seasons but the last two are only 13 episodes each. :D?

:D

It's in my Netflix queue. Though admittedly there are a lot of things in my Netflix queue, so maybe I should just bump due South up closer to the top. :p

due South has a very quirky sense of humor as well, that might be appealing to a Who fan. And it's got a happy (if somewhat silly) ending!

There are around... three (I'd say) absolute heart-breaker episodes, though.

These things also!

And the heart-breaker episodes are also good ones, so that shouldn't be a deterrent. (I did cry a couple of times, but the first time at least was about 50% plain shock that Fraser can't always make everything better. Heh.)

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER. YES. :D

Though I guess it's still in the middle of its run. Still! There are three - almost four - seasons to go through.

Hee, I would have guessed you'd suggest that! :p But it's already in my Netflix queue, so I'll be watching it eventually, at least.
