omg, you nkow what would be awesome? i just thought about this when looking at your post about the customer. it would be awesome to make a page of like...weird things customers say, or even like, expanding ti so that when you can put our rants and stuff. like when this woman called me and was arguing with the girl behind her, it was about an a/c and my god...they were like...cusing up a storm! yeah...

well we wouldn't be able to mention the company either, but i think i'll do it and make it a group type thingy on here. anywho, you ever check your outlook? cause no ones seems to do that...

Yeah, what, did you think I was sitting here with my call center screen up? YEAH. No. I obsessively check all my mail and lj while sitting here, staring off into space. And the calls I get only interrupt my internet surfing, lol. Actually I like this job a lot and the freedom it gives. The questions aren't generally too bad either, and the pissy people can just be transferred to somebody with more power a lot of the time. :)
