Ahhhh. If there is anything more "San Francisco" than Bay to Breakers, I don't know what it is. For those unfamiliar with the event, it's essentially a foot race, Halloween, and Mardi Gras all rolled into one fantastic event. The race goes from one end of the city to the other but many of the participants are either A) In costume, B) Drinking, C)
