It might be something about New York, but the idea that weddings are for summers hasn’t been true here -- my fall was almost as busy as my summer this year. I think it must be a national trend, because I'm not even really seeing what I could define as a "slow season" unfold here...and I was SO looking forward to getting a break, darnit!

And I have to ask, seeing as you're engaged, who's shooting YOUR wedding? :D

A-ha! Small world indeed. chipuni and I are LJ friends. I became a fan of Flickr user carpe icthus after seeing his him shoot from his left shoulder while holding his right elbow with the left hand -- an unusual stance that does give extra stability!
