Went and saw Quantum Of Solace.

Good movie. Not as good as Casino Royale. Very fast-paced. The shortest Bond movie ever.

Lots of action. Skimps on plot. Feels a bit hollow in comparison to the last one, as we barely get any moments of character amidst all the fights and chases.

Your review seems spot on from what I've heard so far. People ARE expecting it to be as flawless as Casino Royale. But it's more of an add on of the film. Kinda like a Peter Jackson added hour and 30 minutes of film for the DVD kinda thing. I am still excited to see it none the less. And I think the Jack White/Alicia Key's theme is the most akward ever done. Keeping in mind they had a small dead line to do it in, because Amy Whino pulled out of the project.

Would you buy the DVD when it comes out?

It feels like it needs about another 30 minutes of plot and dialogue. I think that would really balance it.

The problem with the theme is that Jack White wrote it. And he sucks. It sounds like a demo. Really, it's better without the vocals. Much better.

And I'd buy the DVD of almost anything, if I had the money. I love movies. But I definitely want to own the Craig Bond films. Casino Royale was better than the Bourne movies. This isn't as good as the Bourne movies. Still I look forward to the next one.

Craig said he signed on for another 2 movies. Than means just more naked Bond for me!
