It's DONE. *throws confetti everywhere* The entire thing ends up clocking in around 78,000 words. The final prompt alone is a little over 18,000 words. Eheh...I got a little carried away. XD
he trailed off as Nocturna kissed him. “Silly boy,” she said when they pulled apart. “I meant our future.” Z’neth looked deeply into her golden eyes. “Lady Blue, I can’t say what’s in store for us, except I’m sure it will be full of adventure, danger, and love. But the best part is that we get to write that story ourselves.”
I will confess to doing a silent squee right about here
and I was more then a little happy to see that Summit's rank wasn't taken from him [I was hoping Joshua wouldn't because they need him period]
and I will confess that I did a double take at the Council woman's name since Elspeth is the Scottish version of my first name XD [yay for unintended cameo XD XD I'll consider that an early birthday present XD]
I'm so glad for the silent squeeing! Because I was pretty much doing that as I wrote it.
Yeah, I struggled with what to do with Summit after the fact. Originally Joshua wasn't going to make it out alive...except he did. So my death-bed pardon for Summit wouldn't work. XD
Heh, too bad she was such a witch! I confess to really liking that name ever since I heard a classical concert with a singer who had that name.

::nods:: that's how I ended up with Apex getting the normal name of Ailyn [the original idea had been Ashley but I had seen the Richard Tucker Gala and one of the females was named Ailyn so the rest is history
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACW4nxAuV8E - and he'd be perfect for Dread. A nice deep voice :D [I swear, when I watched that part in the telecast, I was all "that's Dread. Holy shit, that's Dread"]
I don't even ship Z/Nocturna for obvious reasons XD but that part was too cute not to squee over :D
eh, we can blame her being such a witch from stress due to everything that happened ::nod, nod:: ::giggle::
yep - today's D-Day. My brother quoted Eisenhower's address to his troops on his facebook page. I want to say my maternal grandfather was there but I'm not 100% sure
and yeah, I was able to follow the battle stuff
off topic - but did you see one of the variant covers for the Fluttershy issue of the MLP: FiM micro? I just about died laughing
