Evolution by natural selection is a theory which requires no undefined terms while explaining observations in terms of other observations. This is what materialistic theories should do. Just as SETI --could-- confirm extraterrestrial intelligence, genetic research --could-- confirm ID. That is, we might find "Kilroy was here" the second book of Samuel inscribed in the DNA of a frog. But what if we found De Sade's __Justine__ or the Kama Sutra? Then what?
Disputes over curriculum content and instructional methodology would cool down in a legal environment which gave to each individual parent the power to determine which institution, if any, shall receive the K-12 education subsidy which the taxpayers will spend on her children.
