Wow another great week! I think my favourites were numbers 6 and 8. It's interesting that so many writers chose the more subtle kinds of protection, especially when canon gives us so many of the big, dramatic protective moments! I love that! Every week I'm so impressed with the talent that turns up here

This, I think, is the best assortment I've ever seen in any ldws challenge. I've never given a 10 before; but it was even better than the ones I'd marked as 9's that it was necessary. Fantastic job, everyone! And many thanks to the wonderful mod for running this.

Wow! The last 2 weeks have had the best overall collections of drabbles I've ever seen! I have a number of favorites, and I couldn't possibly pick a least favorite. There's something good to say about all of them. So here goes

Well done, you guys! Here were the comments I had for your wonderful drabbles!

ktmarsh-- This was so sad and sweet. It really shows the strength of their love for each other.

brumeux77-- I think this showed very well how protective Ron has always been of Hermione.

lauryne78-- I really liked this interpretation of the prompt. She keeps him sane and makes him feel good about who he is.

the_birdnest -- I thought the characterizations here were very good. And I thought it was interesting how Hermione organized a group to help others who went through terrible experiences in the war.

pili204-- I think this one was my favorite. Poor Ron. I'm glad Hermione was able to help him through such a bad time.

maybe1ce-- I really liked this one, too. I liked that Ron finally showed his family just how awesome he is.

scribhneoir1-- I thought this was really cute. Ron protecting Hermione from the worst thing he could think of (at that time), a spider!

nundu_art-- I liked that this drabble said so much about Hermione's love for Ron in so few words. Her actions speak louder than anything else.
