trying to sublet
I live in a 2 bedroom apartment (President's Walk) on Broad, about a 5-10 minute walk from campus. My bedroom is spacious with a giant closet. The bathroom is shared, but it's large with two sinks and vanities. The price I'm offering includes everything- utilities, electric, cable, internet, and even the use of a washer and dryer in the apartment. I have one roommate who is 21/female. She's very sweet and considerate, but usually works 4-5 nights per week overnight, so you wouldn't see her much. If you want to know anything else, please contact me! I'm going to be living with my parents for the Summer and working in Norfolk, so I'm looking to sublet as soon as possible and would like someone who needs a place until mid-August, but I'm flexible.
