Great chapter, I love the banter between Lee and Kara, especially at the beginning of the chapter. And 'placebo injections for the shots", does that mean they will have another baby? It would be great for Lee as this time he would enjoy the pregnancy!

I love how easy the Kara/Lee relationship has come. Curious about what Lees mission is and how they eventually land on earth.

Which, by the way, Lee is on and he's really missing Kara!!

next chapter underway

We're moving towards something major, aren't we?

One of the multitude of points I've enjoyed about this story has been the seemless integration of future and relative past. Subtle hints were dropped from the start, and each in turn is explained and causes the reader to re-think what was in previous chapters.

That, plus we're so far off the map from canon its nearly-impossible to guess what twist is coming next.

But now that Starbuck has 'the map' in her head, we're moving to the ponit where future and present intersect, aren't we? It certainly feels so, although the timeframe feels 'off' for some reason. Too soon or too late? I'm no longer sure which.

Which isn't a flaw in the story, mind. It just means I have to sit patiently and await the next chapter. Knowing the author, it'll be worth it.

Keeping continunity is one of the most difficult parts (sometimes takes a lot of re-reading) so it's good to now I've managed to get everything in.
You shall have to wait and see how close we are to insecting
