Twenty20 Finals Day

What an amazing nail bitting day!  I know most of you aren't cricket fans so ramble is behind

Finals Day at the Rose Bown in Southampton.  Unfortunately Hanpshire werent playing, it was Kent and Essex and then Durham and Middlesex then the final.  
Because Shaun Udal (my dads favouriate player), who used to play for Hampshire till they and Shane

I was listening on the radio all day and thinking of you enviously. I didn't hear the end though, because I was too tired to stay up for the final innings :-(

As for Harmison, he was bowling fast and Tests and T20 are so different, who knows how he'd do in the Test.

The end was sooo exciting. Especially the last over - Kent needed 16! Can only imagine how nervous I would've been if Hants were in the final lol.

Harminson is generally better in Tests - as all fast bowlers are.

OMG I didn't know you were going! I was there too!

It was great fun! (managed to get sunburnt though!)

So glad middlesex won, they my second team :)

Where were you seating? We were stand P - near the northern end, row B - nice view :)

I was so paranoid about burning i kept reapplying suncream like every two hours.

OMg we were dead close then! We were in Q! Row Y though, quite far back!

I managed to sunburn the top of my thighs around my knees (I was wearing a skirt) and the top of my head!

oh my life! That was stupidly close! Never mind - next time you're going to the Rose Bowl tell me and I'll see if im going.
My dads a member so he gets good tickets, and before everyone else :)
