I put Mittens to sleep on Tuesday. She was very old and sick so it seemed the appropriate thing to do. Still, it was really difficult to do. She was everyone's favorite of my 2 cats, the most personable one. She was the one who used to meet me at the door when I got home at night, though that changed in the past few months as her body was less able
