Story from JB's autobiography: the actors in question get set, start to perform the snog... and two minutes later they're still going because nobody has called Cut. Someone's lips are turning blue, someone else is getting fidgety. When they realize the crew are having a joke, they pull apart and yell simultaneously, "You f***ers!" and everyone is happy. The end.
