It's a good thing I have a project deadline at work tomorrow, or I never would have spent all that time cooking a meal for myself on a weeknight. And since the meal went well and the work was still hanging over my head, I went ahead and made a double batch of a dessert I invented yesterday.

I baked an apple with lots of cinnamon and nutmeg for dessert the other day and felt like that was a pretty tasty, pretty healthy dessert. Yours sounds less time-involved (who knew it takes 40-50 minutes for an apple to bake?!)
