...To recollect that in antiquity
The winter solstice fell in Capricorn
And that, in the Orion Nebula,
From swirling gas, new stars are being born.

Have I mentioned recently how much I love your photography? They give me such a warm, lovely feeling, I can't begin to tell you.

*shuffles feet* Have you thought about turning any of these into wallpapers? Not that I'd be able to choose which I wanted, but that windscreen looks wonderful [/demanding] ;)

That makes me happy. :) I love taking pictures and it's a huge bonus if they make you feel good.

Those are gorgeous, as usual, but I confess I have a soft spot for the diamond window view. My grandparents (on my dad's side) had a farm and they had a door with that kind of window. The smudge of light among the trees, with the darkness all around, is just beautiful and nostalgic-making.

Aw! That sounds really nice. In our house, this door/window faces west (obviously) so in a dark room, the shaft of light that comes across it in the evening is kind of magical.

It's hard to get any good pictures of the dogs, but every once in awhile they're cute *and* still. :)
