My daughter and a horde of her friends are going to see New Moon tomorrow. I'm vaguely horrified.

Is there anyone who, when coming across a huge wardrobe, didn't check to see if the back was solid?

Aw, I'm sure they'll have a lot of fun at the movie! Seeing a movie with a gaggle of friends is good times. (Even if they're enjoying it without the irony, though it's more fun with. *g*)

... and was careful to make sure the door didn't shut completely behind them? (I think The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was the 'Punky-Brewster's-friend-Cherry-gets-stuck-in-an-abandoned-refrigerator-and-nearly-suffocates' of the earlier decades!)

I still remember that episode and live in fear (a wee bit) that the Monkeys will do something stupid like that. We've even had discussions about hiding in the 'fridge or clothes dryer.
