Some thoughts on what I've been watching and reading lately.

I just finished watching the Sharpe series. (Sorry, queenofthorns! I certainly wouldn't mind watching some of it again if you're still up for another Sharpe night.) What particularly struck me was the seemingly unrealistic buffoonery of so many of the officers that Sharpe is constantly clashing with.
