I created a ton of screencaps from the Stalky & Co. DVD, many of which didn't make it into my
review. I thought some of you might appreciate it if I shared the most flattering of the Robert Addie screencaps here. If you don't then you're an ass, a putrid ass. *g* (
Cough it up, ducky. )

I'm glad you think so. I was pleasantly surprised by just how beautiful he looks in the series. :-)
I still haven't managed to order the DVD, but I've been too busy with the 17th of May etc , and yes I was on tv, although only briefly, together with the rest of my band.
Well, I think you've had an excellent excuse for not ordering the DVD yet considering how busy you've been! Congratulations for being on TV (even if it was briefly) with your band! That's very exciting! :-D

Robert Addie actually ends up making three or four amusing faces in reaction to Prout's lecture, including some very good eye-rolling. The sixth one is from "The Moral Reformers". I think it's when he finds out that Beetle has lost Clewer and they don't know where he is and whether he's fallen into the hands of the bullies.
I also like the one where he and M'Turk are clinking tea cups.
Yes, that's also a favourite of mine. It's a beautiful shot. :-)
And the clothes! What kind of hats are those in the last pic, do you know?Well, Stalky's hat is described as being a top hat in the original story, so I'm assuming that this ( ... )
